  This place is just plain messed up. Anytime we come here the drive thru is screwed up. Last time they gave me the wrong order because the guy in the other lane snuck ahead of me out of order. This time there was one car in each lane. I pulled in behind one. Five cars went thru from the other lane before I could order. And they messed up the order again. Avoid this place if there is more than one car in line. So while I am just hanging out waiting for my lunch to be delivered I might as well provide a review on Yelp. plenty of time while waiting.

  I have 8 check in's at this McDonald's and this is one of the most poorly ran McDonald's in the surrounding area. I started writing this review on my phone in the 2 lane drive through which moves about as fast as leaving a parking ramp downtown after a game. Prepare to put your parking break on or run out of gas. It would have been faster for me to drive back to the Foley McD's and home vs waiting.
  
  When you do get to the speaker box, robo recording? Nope, Live person says anything? Nope. You just sit there in silence until someone comes on the speaker to take your order. Yes this is McD's we are talking about, you're tired, you need a quick bite (at least thinking quick) on the way home. Guys the bar is so low for McD's I wasn't even going to write anything on it but for god sakes 8 check in's and you can expect crappy service nearly every time along with mediocre cooked food which amazes me how busy they are. With so much traffic off 65 & Main, they have the setup to crush but a trained dolphin could run a better crew at this location.
  
  To close, it's McD's, the bar isn't high. But 20+ min wait, no greeting at box and mediocre food on top of the food being meh to begin with. Even if it's your last option, drive to another location as this one as some serious leadership issues. I wasn't even going to bother writing on McD's but this one is so crappy just don't go people.

  Every single time I go to McDonalds,You guys never have any deals for food items!...I also have the MCDS App,& their is never any food deals in that app either??
  Why do you say press here for deals?..When their is NONE!!
  & what is going on with the wait?, Why can't you guys be like Burger King & have people park their car, &  you guys bring it to us when its ready!...Hell of a lot better idea than the mickey mouse set up disaster that you have now!!

  McDonalds food makes me feel sick
  It doesn't deserve a rating
  And rarely do they get your order correct or they forget your condiments or straw for drink
  Only go for an occasional large $ 1.00 soda
  And even then sometimes you don't get it right
  Nothing worse than thinking your getting a drink and you take a sip and have to spit it out and throw your drink away because they gave you a diet drink instead

  They were under construction so no place to park. We rarely use drive thru but did on this occasion. We ordered two # 5 breakfast meals with coffee. First coffee was handed to my husband who was driver . The lid came off directly and very hot coffee spilled in his lap burning him.  Coffee was flying everywhere with the shock of pain. Agent lady at window apologized but did nothing to ease my husbands pain or offer any help. Except she did give him a wad of napkins.  Not wanting to cause a scene my husband pulled over to side and trued his best to recoup himself. We had A long day ahead of visiting friends and family as we were from 3 hours away.  Never go back to this location.
